not all of the search results were sent the email
I just did an advanced search which returned 21 members. When I sent them an email,only 20 emails were sent. How can I easily determine who did not receive the email? Phil

Hi Phil,Sent emails are automatically logged in Emails > Email log. You can see which recipient failed and the reason for it as well, see http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Email+log

i looked at the email logs - only 20 were sent - non-failed, What I don't understand is why 21 were selected but only 20 sent.

ok - looked thru them and found it was a disabled email. Would it be possible to have a list of those not sent with a reason rather than making us hunt thrue archived and disabled emails?

The only method to do this currently would be by adding the 'Email preferences' criteria to your advanced search. Using this criteria, you can find out who in the list is unsubscribed or has emails...
